Let’s Talk Grief’s (Copyright © 2024 Hogan Hilling). It's mission is to help people who have lost a Loved One relieve their grief by encouraging them to safely, freely and openly talk about grief "anytime" and "any place" in a healthy, empathetic and productive way that helps them move forward with their life peacefully and gracefully.
Over 8,000 people in the United States die every year. And in the world over 180,000. When a person dies it affects more than just his or her surviving family. The grief spills over to relatives, friends, neighbors, co-workers, classmates …. While there's no single "average" funeral attendance worldwide, as it varies greatly depending on the deceased's life, community, and cultural context, let’s use the number 100 to simplify the math. When you multiple this number by the average attendance at funerals the impact on the number of people affected by grief is 800,000 people per day in the USA and 18,000,000 per day worldwide. That’s an enormous amount of people who are not talking about grief with their spouses, children, relatives, friend, neighbors, and co-workers.

Hilling left Orange, CA on April 28 to start the Let's Talk Grief USA Tour n his Sprinter Camper Van. He is currently driving through the north western states and headed east to Pittsburgh to speak at the Bereaved Parents of the USA Nation Gathering July 25th to July 27th.
During the tour Hilling will visit people who have submitted grief essays for his next book Let's Talk Grief: 8 Simple Steps to Relieve the Grief. He will also accept grief essay submissions from other people he meets during the Tour.

Hogan Hilling is the Founder and Owner of “Let’s Talk Grief,” a grief life coaching service. He is also the author of 14 books that cover the following genres fatherhood, parenting, divorce, cold cases, and social justice. He has 30 years of experience as a facilitator for fatherhood support groups and 2 years with divorce support groups. Hilling was also a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2001 and appeared in ABC’s The Story of Fathers and Sons Documentary in 1999. Hilling's son, Wesley Jordan Hilling (32) passed away on December 18, 2022.
Bridget Bagley is the Founder and Owner of Preston's Charm Grief Kit. Her son, Preston Bailey Hancock, passed away August 28, 2018 after a car accident.
Session rate is $50 per hour, which a customer must pay in advance, and is non-refundable. However, if a client cancels his or her appointment he or she may reschedule it at no charge.

I’m raising money to pay for the following expenses, gas, repairs and maintenance on the camper van, offer FREE Let’sTalk Grief Relief Kits to families who have lost a Loved One, which are featured in the 3rd page of this website FREE Let's Talk Grief Presentations.
I’m collaborating with two grief support organizations Bereaved Parents of the USA and The Compassionate Friends. I will be a presenter at the 2025 Bereaved Parents of the USA National Gathering in Pittsburgh from July 25th to July 27th.
Let's Talk Grief Goals
Create a larger platform and louder voice to talk about grief.
Collect grief essays from people who have lost a Loved One for the upcoming “Let’s Talk Grief” book.
Create a Grief Speaker’s Bureau that will hire and compensate people who have lost a Loved One to speak about grief at the quarterly conferences.
Provide scholarships to people who cannot afford to pay the registration fee for the monthly workshops and/or quarterly conferences.
Provide temporary funding for families whose Loved One that passed away was the primary breadwinner of the family.
Produce monthly workshops and quarterly conferences in major US cities to help people who have lost a Loved One network, support and comfort each other.
